With more than 22,000 teammates and 2,200 stores, Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) almost always feels the impact of regional events across the U.S. But whether it’s hurricanes, flooding, wildfires, or civil unrest, BSRO teammates band together and support one another across the regions. One keyway BSRO supports one another is through the Associate Assistance Fund, or AAF. The non-profit program was formed in 2003 by BSRO teammates to help provide financial support when teammates are in need.

Throughout 2026, teammates can purchase this year’s shirt and help donate to the AAF. Each shirt is priced by size and includes taxes & shipping, the AAF will receive 100% of the net proceeds from all shirts sold. To learn more about the AAF, visit theaaf.com.
