Shipping and Returns:
We can ship to any address in the United States.
The $4.99 flat rate shipping on custom web orders includes the shipping of blank product in to our shop, as well as shipping out to the customer. Because of this, pickup on individual orders is not an option.
You should expect to receive your order within 2 weeks of placing it. However, in many cases you will receive it more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your blank stock garments from the supplier (1 to 4 business days), the time it takes for us to produce the garments after we receive them (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes the shipper to get the package to you (1 to 3 business days).
All products ordered from webstores are custom made to the order, and oftentimes personalized. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom webstore purchases. However, we will quickly replace or refund any faulty products if they are a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you may receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 2 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

All bulk orders will be proofed to ensure customers will not need to return products, but the same defective policy applies.
